In a few weeks, we will unveil a modern trattoria with Milano pizza experience, featuring a rotating menu of new specials and 6 signature pasta dishes by Michelin-recognized chefs — all while keeping the soul you love and menu prices affordable for everyone.
Our focus is sharper than ever: honoring materia prima — the high-quality, seasonal ingredients that define true Italian cuisine — while keeping our menu accessible. Expect the signature pizzas you love (don’t worry, they are not going anywhere), six chef-crafted pasta dishes, creative new specials, and an ever-evolving natural wine list.
Our Milan-style pizza remains at the heart of what we do — paper-thin, made with imported organic flour, and slow-risen for 48 hours for a light, crisp, and digestible crust.
Now part of a broader modern trattoria menu, it’s joined by chef-crafted pastas, seasonal specials, and standout dishes like our Truffle Filet Mignon and Seabass in Potato & Zucchini Crust — a menu that blends Italian tradition with fresh creativity.
