Chef Enea Sintoni
Born and raised in Italy, Chef Enea leads the kitchen at Ambrogio15 Pacific Beach. After formal training at Alma, the international school of Italian cuisine, he honed his skills at prestigious establishments like Enrico Bartolini’s Glam Restaurant in Venice. Enea’s cuisine reflects a blend of traditional Italian flavors with innovative techniques, offering dishes that are both authentic and contemporary.

Chef Filippo Giglio
Originally from the Ligurian coast, Chef Filippo is the Sous Chef at Ambrogio15 Pacific Beach. His background infuses his cooking with coastal influences, focusing on seafood and fresh, vibrant flavors. Filippo’s dishes carry the essence of Italian summer meals, combining rustic charm with precise technique.

Chef Fabio Pizzigoni
A Milan native, Chef Fabio pursued formal training in Italy and refined his skills in France, embracing international techniques while staying true to Italian traditions. Chef Fabio emphasizes fresh, quality ingredients and innovative presentations.
