This special four-course experience is crafted by our Italian Chefs, with a special touch of our Chef Filippo Giglio, a native of Calabria, whose menu pays homage to his southern Italian roots. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with wines from Puglia’s vineyards—known for their rich, expressive character.
